Land line into conference doesnt connect but cell phone does? Known Issue?

Customer from over seas says when they dial into our conference line from a land line it never connects them into the conference, they just get the hold music, but when they use a cell phone it works. Is this a known issue?

Are able to obtain the callers info and open a support case?  In the case notes include all the details;  Who scheduled the meeting, number they are dialing in from,  time, date etc.

They dialed our conference number:
267.930.4000
PC# 155 554 971
they dialed the same exact number from cell phone and it works but not from land line. The caller is from the UK. See if you can see it in your logs. The call was 2 Mondays ago at 7am in the morning PST.

Hello David,

Unfortunately that Call Sample is quite old. In order to investigate we would need a sample that is no older than 24 hours. Once you receive one, please, open up a case with us so we can investigate.
