Link URL to a call recordings and transcript of calls

We are a US based claims service that helps movers and their customers reach a fast and fair resolution to issues with their move (think of an insurance company for the moving industry). Federal regulations allow the customer to file a claim 9 months after the move and we have 120 more days to analyze the claim and offer a settlement. During that time we have numerous calls with the customer gathering info, helping with the claim and trying to reach a settlement. In the end, our best efforts to help both sides don't work and claims go to small claims court where each call is a potential evidence material. Regardless of having the recording only available for 90 days (which we hope you will extend in the future), we would like to add a link of each call recording to the claim's file after each call, and definitely when things go sour. Downloading and uploading each and every call will be time-consuming. I think a big benefit of having RingCentral and having the recordings in the cloud is to have access to them with a URL. 

As a side note, if the recording is gone, the URL could potentially link to a transcript of the call. You're the biggest and baddest in VOIP services, call recordings feature was not made as a trophy feature, it has a legal purpose and I think it should be taken more seriously.
