Desktop App for Mac: set as standard dialer vs FaceTime

This is either a bug or omission.. When you open FaceTime on Mac and set RC as the default dialer for data detector phone numbers, the number isn't added to the RC dialer and dialed automatically. This should be a default behavior for a Mac app using data doctors and set as the default handler...

You need to log out of FaceTime before you change the preferences. From the FaceTime menu, choose "Turn FaceTime Off." 

THEN change the dialing preferences. It should work.
