Manager receives notification (email or SMS) when there is a Hang Up status from an incoming call

After looking over our analytic reports, we are seeing where potential clients/incoming calls are hanging up after a period of time; before being routed to a person in a call queue. It would be nice to have a manager aware of a call in issue, and be able to resolve before being told that hang up status numbers are higher than expected.
