We are a customer service business. It would be great if missed call email notifications would have "missed call" on subject line, instead of "new call". Even though it is also a new call, the important part is that it's a missed call. Having "missed call" on subject line would save time since the caller's phone number is also on the subject line. So, the RingCentral user would not even have to open the email to know what's going on.
