Mike what does your call log say? Have you checked the hours on your extension setup?

How is your call flow setup?

What phone are you using?

This will help with the answer

Hi Mike - you should be able to tweak the settings in Settings > My Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding to ensure you don't miss a call. Lengthening the ring time for your forwarded numbers is a good first step, particularly if you're sending calls to a cell phone. You can also add multiple forwarding numbers as a fail-safe. If you continue to have issues, do let us know more about your particular configuration so we can help you troubleshoot.

I am also experiencing the same issue. According to my recent call log, I had six calls this afternoon. Only one call came through. This has been a problem the past two days. I set the amount of rings to 12 like encouraged above. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jane - can you check your Activity Log for this day and see what the result was for the five calls you missed?

I have this same problem.  Some calls come through without issue but other times the phone (polycom SoundPoint IP 330) will make one beep and then return to the standard screen.  If I quickly look at the call log online it says the call is "in progress" but there is no way for me to answer it.  The caller will then leave a voicemail and I will receive that notification on the phone.
