Mobile app to app voice mail transfer

Most of our associates use the Ring Central app and sometimes a message gets to the wrong person and need to be sent to another associate. Currently the only option is to forward as a wave file in an email. Depending on the device some computers are not recognizing the file or they have to open a program to listen to the file. Seems a shame that voice mails can not be transferred or forwarded to another RC mobile app. This would save time and that person would have the contact information in in their app so they can call or text back through the app. Was extremely surprised to find out this was not already a feature.

I think it would also be a good idea to be able to forward (assign) the voicemail to another users phone. i.e. I have users that do not have access to a computer or smart device. They perform 100% of their tasks via the desk phone.
