The only Caller ID you can use in any RingCentral application would be the numbers associated with your account. So if your mobile number, which I assume is your private cell phone number, is separate from and not a part of your RIngCentral business system the answer would be "No" you cannot.

The bigger question would be, "Why would you want to do that?". Most people use RingCentral's mobile app in particular so that they can still take and make business phone calls without having to use and expose their private cell phone number.
we want the caller id seen by the recipient to be a mobile number.
Ringcentral does is not able to use a caller ID that is not a ringcentral number. We are asking what are the criteria to port a mobile number (starting with 07) or if RingCentral can allocate us a new number that is a UK mobile number starting by "07".
alternatively, could you allow outbound caller ID to be a non ringcentral number ?
my request is not related to account change, the account manager already told me that currently, it is not possible to display as caller ID my personal mobile number. I was also told a number of Three networks is not portable. is there any other network mobile number that is portable to RC?

Hi Sebastien,

I would ask your Account Manager to work with our Porting Team regarding what type of number is portable to RingCentral :)
already asked them. They are not able to port mobile number on the Three network and cannot confirm if any of the classic UK networks are portable . please could you assist?

Hi Sebastien,

I spoke with our Porting Team and they verified at this time they cannot port UK Mobile Numbers but that it is something they are looking at providing customers in the future - there is no ETA at this time.
