'multiple accounts with the same trusted email address'

I am getting an email stating that we have 'multiple accounts with the same trusted email address' maybe because another insurance agent also set up a ring central and put our email address as well? How do we get this fixed? Or does the other agent need to delete our email addresses from his account?

Hi Chaslin, you will need to remove the email address from one of the accounts.
Is there anyway someone at Ring Central can do this for us?? Or does the person who holds that account need to remove it?

Hi Chaslin, both options can work.  Call into support if you need assistance on this.
When I called 3 times it says support is handled through online--then disconnects. Is there a specific number i can call to get to a live person?
