Is there an easy way to allow the receptionist to enable the after hours greeting or other custom IVR without logging into the portal? We have office hours and after hours configured automatically, but if we have an early office closure (unscheduled), the only way to enable the after hours greeting is to have an admin login to the portal and manually configure the date/time on a custom rule. I know I can delegate Auto-Receptionist settings in the portal, but I'm looking for something easier like a simple button press on the phone. Older phone systems have done this for decades. Thanks.
