New Analytics Portal: No custom time?

Overall I think the new Analytics Portal looks great. Lots of very useful data. What I do see is missing or I just can't find it is custom time. Why are we forced in to 1hr on the hour time ranges? What if we need data in different time slices, like quarter/half hour, etc? Is there a way or any plans to allow this?

Ex: I need to report on call logs for 09:30 - 10:30 PST.
Ex: I need to see what all was going on between 11:45am and 2:30pm.

Hey Randy, at this time there is no way to change time range. However, our Product Team is aware that our customers could use more granularity and they will be looking at adding it in future releases - just not sure when. They're working on making Reporting and Analytics better but it will take some time. So stay tuned! :)
