Mobile App: unable to downloading voicemails on the iPhone mobile app

Anyone else having new problems downloading voicemails?  I could download and listen to them on the road on my iPhone until around 9:30 a.m. central time yesterday morning.  I can listen on my laptop, but not through the app.  This is a new problem for me.

I just tried mine and it works.  Version 8.0.1.1.3 (44.0.6.1).  So I don't think this is a global issue.  I would try toggling wifi off and see you have the same trouble over cellular data.  Maybe also try to uninstall and reinstall the app.  Do you see any error?

Andrea - can you please try doing a hard reboot on your iPhone please and then test.

Kim, I first logged out of my app and logged back in.  Then I restarted my phone, and still cannot access them.  I get a message that says, "Message not downloaded yet.  Please try again later."

I have an iPhone 5 and just tested it and it worked fine on my end. 8.0.1.1.3

Try uninstalling and re-installing.

That totally fixed it!  I guess I should have tried that from the beginning.  Any idea what would cause this?

It's possible the version was outdated, or the application was corrupted. Glad that did the trick and fixed it!!

I'm having a similar issue where my voicemails won't download for a few hrs on my iPhone app.  I see a call come in, I can see the voicemail message in my email and on my desktop, but when I go to download it on my iPhone, it says: Last Updated: Just Now, but none of the new voicemails/ faxes are there.  iPhone 6 - 9.3.1

  1. Do you see the voicemails in the app or are they not showing up there at all? 
  2. Are you logged in with your DL (not main number + extension)? 
  3. Have you tried doing a hard-reboot or an uninstall/re-install?

1.  I see older voicemails, including from yesterday, which I couldn't get to update yesterday.

2.  I'm logged in with our main 866 number.

3. I have restarted my phone and nothing happened.  I have not uninstalled/ re-installed yet  (will this delete my data - vmails, faxes, etc from my phone?).

No, reinstalling will not delete your voicemails and faxes. 
Also, you'll want to make sure you are logged in with your Digital Line for your extension, and avoid logging in with the Main Number.
