We are unable to get audio for approximately 1 out of 5 voicemail recordings that come into the general mailbox. These recordings show play back but there is no sound when played back from the email attachment, desktop app, or phone app. This is occurring for all employees attempting to listen to the same voice message from different computers and phones. All our computers run Mac OSX Mojave 10.14 and Google Chrome. All our phones are iPhone 8 and X. The only way we discovered that there was in fact audio associated with the voicemail was by logging into the online RingCentral account and playing the message there.
