No prorated refunds on yearly subscriptions

If you buy a yearly subscription and only use a few months of it and then cancel your service, I was told that Ring Central will not give prorated refunds for the remaining balance that was not used.  This is not a good thing.

That is because it is a yearly contract. If you only need to use the service for several months, then the monthly payment option should be selected.

when you sign its for a year or 2, not even sure they do 1 yr agreements anymore but if you sign a contract, gotta honor it. as Saadet said, they can do month to month that way if you try it and dont like it, or what to get away from it for one reason or another it would be no harm no foul.

They do not give partial refunds on monthly plans either. I will be looking into other options. I will not do business with thieves.
