Not receiving 8x8 incoming calls.

The home office uses 8x8 for their VOIP provider. For some reason, whenever they call our direct lines from the office, they get a really fast busy signal...kind of like the "off the hook" tone and their call never registers on our log as having come in at all. If they call from their cell phones, we have no problem. Has anyone else had this problem with receiving calls from numbers hosted through another VOIP system? If so, how did you resolve it?

I tried support but they said they couldn't do anything without a sample call which we can't get because the call doesn't connect.

Yes, it is most likely something 8x8 needs to resolve though.  I would contact their support and demonstrate and/or provide them with numbers dialed from and to and time stamps.
