Notification sent to System admin's email needs to be specific

Super Admin is receiving a notification tagged as missed call. In the actual testing the calls were set forwarded on a loop (Digital Line to Mobile >Mobile to Digital Line) which our system would possibly detect as call failure. The email was confusing as it is marked as missed call notification whereas this should be tagged as settings failure or system issue.

Benefit of the feature:

System admin will be able to identify if the notification is a plain call notification or if it is an outage/system failure
