"I would like to submit a feature request to put back the old "integration" functionality within the RC Softphone app, since there is no reason I should have to synchronize/import my contacts into RC to gain this functionality.Previously I could use my Outlook address book within the softphone without having to fully integrate and import my Outlook contacts. I see an option for "Import Outlook Contacts", but am assuming that will bring all of my Outlook contacts into RingCentral vs. just allowing me access to them from within the Softphone." -Marc Bressman

The RingCentral for Outlook integration is available on Outlook 2010 & later.   For details visit RingCentral for Outlook and here is the Installation and User Guide.

There are two options. Which one you need to use depends upon how Outlook is installed / available on your computer.

Option 1: Outlook is installed on your Windows machine. Then you'll want to use the appropriate Outlook integration download based on the type of computer you have. You can visit this URI (https://www.ringcentral.com/office/features/outlook-integration/overview.html) and choose either the 64bit or 32bit version to download. (there are instructions to help you identify which version you need to download)

Option 2: Outlook available via Office365. In this case, you'll want to use the Office365 integration available in the RingCentral App Gallery: https://developer.ringcentral.com/app-gallery.html#/app/office365
