Outlook Integration with Categorized contact Folders

A high level description of the product or feature being requested:
.  I have different folders in my outlook with contacts.  One for the health industry, one for product vendors, and so on.  I need to have the ability with faxing and emails to click on the folder that opens to those specific contacts in that folder and then make my selection of who I need to fax and email.  Your system does not allow “folders”.  It dumps all contacts into the RingCentral and then you have to figure out who is in the health industry or product, etc....folder.  

It would also help if when a customer is using RingCentral and wanting to FAX that when they click on the fax icon and then makes a selection that ONLY THOSE WITH A FAX number appear and same with the email option and phone call option.  So if I want to email, then those with only an email appear.  If I want to make a call, only those with a phone number appear.  This would make life so much easier on our end.
