Plantronics Integration in RingCentral Application

RingCentral app does not have Plantronics integration like the standalone Ringcentral phone (desktop) and we really miss that at our business.

Would be great if this was integrated, you would only need one application, not two.

Since little has changed since my original post, I ended up switching back to the standalone RingCentral phone app for phone use as the Ringcentral application was just too limited.

I still use the Phone app for this reason alone.  I could switch if the plantronics integration was in the RingCentral app.

Hi, I am facing the same issue.
There is two reason why our business didn't used the RingCentral App : 
 1. They were no way to control the availability on a Queue (that's now fixed since few weeks)
 2. Plantronics is not integrated.

If RingCentral wants more people switching to the new RingCentral App, this functionnality needs to be added. 

As soon as it's done, our whole company will switch to this app which looks great thanks to Glip.

In the ring central phone program I can use the button on my plaintroics headset to answer a call. In the giph application I can not.
