poor sales center

I was prospective  client and was talking to Josh Manuel that was professional and  seamed eager to help. but then when I called back  he was not  in office so they I asked if I could ask some questions any of the sales representatives. I kept being transfered, hang  up on transfered for a week.  Josh never came back to work but another guy said he was Josh but a voice was different. then i called a week later again to try my luck.  I got same guy  that said he was Josh but had different raspy voice.  he immediately recognised me and transfered me back in to a line que without saying anything. then I got to female representative who said she was not billing and she would transfer me back. I told her the story and she said she is transfering me to Arnel. after good 5 minutes on hold she said Arnel could not take a call. Then I realized  it was Arnel who answered that phone earlier. Why does Arnel hate customers  dont know. Or does he just want to mess up Josh so he is turning his customers away.  I was then  transfered to Anna who in the most disintereset voice answered with Can I hel you. I said I was new customer. Then there was  a long moment of silence, and she said " ok so how can I help you"  well Anna i dont know, How does the seller help a nwe customer? Usually by  starting a sales pitch and talking about the producta. She then added "do you have any questions". You did not say a single word about your product. Voip reviews show that Ring Central fell from 4.8 in 2014 to 1.0 in 2019 in reviews. I dont trust reviews always since people complain about everything these dasy, but they are right on money here. Josh why did you have to go?  If you stayed I would haev been a customer, but now it is of to Alliance phones or Fresh Caller, they seem to be nicer to their customers
