- We need to be able to block/blacklist some recordings such that having automatic recording turned off overrides the setting to record for others. When automatic call recording is enabled and you exclude an extension from automatic recording, their calls are still recorded if they are speaking with another user where automatic call recording is enabled. Ideally, it would be separate from automatic recording on/off as we would want these extension to never be recorded for any reason.
- Certain employees have conversations that contain sensitive content that should never be recorded.
- Privacy and confidentiality by departments such as HR.
