Can you provide details, and explain the problem you had with the site. Also, if you still need help with your account, let us know what you need so we can help, or, you can also contact your account manager.

Hi Mike, Thank you for getting back to me

As a former AT&T rep who sold Ring Central in the Bay Area, I believe this problem to be on the RC side.  The shopping cart on the AT&T-RC (https://service-officeathand.att.com/login/) portal has major usability issues when trying to order my devices.  The only way to order devices to unassigned users is to order them one at a time and you cannot change the quantity.  In my example, I need to order 50 different devices and I have to click the device 50 different times.  I also need to keep track of how many devices I've ordered in my head (select device / prompted to check out or order more devices) and if I order too many, I cannot change the quantity of devices but instead have to cancel the entire order and begin anew.  This problem only gets more complicated if I need to order different types of devices (i.e. Polycom 321 and Polycom 335).

Can you guys please make the changes to your shopping cart so we can see / edit our orders along the way?

My Account manager tells me this is the only way other than to cancel the existing seats and to reorder them with phones already assigned.  I don't want to do that.

Thanks,
Zach

Does the issue occur in different web browsers, or is it specific to one web browser?

This issue occurs in any browser that you use. Zach was using Safari and Chrome, and I have tried it in Chrome, IE, and Firefox.

What would be great is for you to implement a "Quantity" feature in the IP device ordering portal. When I select Polycom IP 335, I should be able to then select a quantity. That way when I need to order 25 of them, I don't have to click the 335 model 25 times.

Thanks for the additional info. We'll change this to an "idea" topic so that it gets reviewed by our product team.

Sorry, something like this will likely take some time to develop and change. Updates to the web portal are fairly complex and planned months in advance.
