Problems with Call Flip to transfer calls

Hello, I use Call Flip to transfer calls to different agents in our office. Right now it only let's me use *1 through *8 and we need more extensions to transfer to more than 10 agents. Is this possible?

no need to use call flip for that.  It is designed to flip a call outside of the RC system

hense no need for more than 8

Explain your call flow so we could help come up with a better solution

I have a receptionist receive business calls on her personal cell phone. She transfers the calls to 12 different agents in our company by pressing star and then the extension. We currently can only flip to 8 agents at a time. I need more extensions for that...We can't use the phone app because it doesn't ring when on a personal phone call.

I see what you are after, but call flip was designed and intended (as far as I understand) to flip calls to your own alternate numbers like home/cell phone etc.  

I think you can always transfer a call to any phone number by dialing ## <phone no.> # though I understand it is more digits to dial.

You could also create a bunch of free/virtual extensions that forward to various numbers and transfer to those too.  Example 101, 102, 103, etc are virtually that forward to different numbers and you can have as many of those as you want, not limited to 1-8.

yeah each agent should have their own extension, which should be easy to transfer calls to, so you can certainly have more than 8 extensions.
