Provisioning unsupported SIP phone from Fortinet

Hi, we're in Canada and I'm trying to provision our existing SIP phone from Fortinet (model FON-460i). What I have done so far:
1) I've set up the SIP info in the phone: SIP Domain, Outbound Proxy, User Name, Password, but I can't find a place to input Authorization ID so this piece has not been configured in the phone. 
2) After rebooting the phone, I try making phone calls but can't seem to connect.
3) Then I try pining the IP. When I ping the outbound "sip20.ringcentral.com", it is successful, but when i ping "sip.ringcentral.com", i got time out response. Below tracing details for your reference:


Please can you advise 1) why the pinging is not working, and 2) if missing Authorization ID configuration is an issue. Thanks.

Hi Craig, without the Authorization ID, your phone will not be able to provision with the RingCentral system. Since this is a third party device I have no training with provisioning it. However, I found Fortinet's User Guide so I would check that out :) it might help you find where to put the Authorization ID.

Finally we have sorted this out after a few of trial and errors. In the Fortinet configuration UI, there are two different fields: Name and Authentication Name. We need to fill in Name with User Name from RC, and Authentication Name with Authorization ID.
