Rating call quality

I reviewed the MOS metrics in the admin portal, which are nice. But this metric  may not reflect the actual user experience. For example, I was talking to someone who had a poor connection with his wireless headset and the call quality was terrible. However, RC logged it as good - likely because it was good between the two end devices.  Would it be possible to allow the caller to rate the quality of the call (scale 1-5) after the call is finished, along with adding some comments?  Should be able to report on the results as well much like we're able to report on other metrics today.

Companies like Bluejeans, Skype, and others offer this in their products - would be great to see this in your mobile app and chrome plugin as well. Thanks!
