Running into some issues with trying to register our AIPhone as a Sip device in Ring Central. Does anybody have experience with this and can assist? We have several other 3rd party Sip devices registered that haven't had problems.
Hey James, I'm not familiar with that device. I know that not all devices support VoIP settings so maybe that's the case for this one. But maybe someone else on the Community has experience with it! I would also check with AIPhone so see if they have any suggestions with a setup
