Remove the "Press 1 to connect" in a call queue when picking up on cell phone

We need an option to remove the press 1 from a call queue.  Need this ASAP!!!

It's in there:

Go to the Users in the group.  For each user:
Call Handling & Forwarding
Incoming Call Information
Call Queue Calls - Set to "For Non-RingCentral Phones Only"

You may want to give us a call and discuss all the details on the phone. There are several variables here that can determine the best way to set something like this up.

Mike, that would be great, but unfortunately I have spoke to 5 different customer support representatives and not one has been able to help. If you are picking up the call on a cell phone, then the "Press 1 to connect" can never be disabled.  You will always have to press 1 on a cell phone, or on any non-ringcentral phone for that matter.

Kim is correct, for Call Queues to work properly, Ringcentral must have control of the call.  Without pressing 1 on a cell phone, a dead or out-of-range cell phone's voicemail would answer the call first.

I need to have the press 1 option removed off of just one extension so it will release the call to an automated system.
