Reoccurring Webinars Issues

A person can not register for any reoccurring webinars from their phone. 2 things happen 1. They do not get the option to pick the date they want to register for and 2. Even if they fill everything out and complete the registration page from their phone they always get the error message “invalid meeting ID” and your system will not let the registration go through. Since most people use their phones this is a HUGE flaw that needs to be fixed.

In addition, when someone registers from their computer for a reoccurring webinar and picks the date they want, the confirmation that is sent to me as administrator does not tell me the date they have chosen, forcing me to open up each scheduled occurrence of the webinars, looking for the registration. Your reoccurring option of the webinar is badly designed. When will it be fixed?

We could use some more information regarding the error message that the registrant received. Please open up a support case so we can investigate.
Other departments in RingCentral also use the reoccurring webinar function without having the issues you have described. Please open up a case so we can get a better idea of what's going on and assist you :)
