Reporting of incoming calls to operator extension

I would like to be able to get reporting on the number of calls that get to the operator extension .  We have multiple people at multiple extensions throughout the day handling the operator extension and I am trying to find out how many calls per day are actually going to it.  Currently I do not think there is a way to do this.  I can only see the number of calls going to a specific persons extension.

no...we manually move it around to various extensions throughout the day.

Hi Eric,  Have you tried routing the calls to a queue as Rob mentioned?  Then instead of moving the operator from one agent to another, you could add/removed people from the queue?  

This might be what Rob was thinking???
