Reports: Question about Missed and Voicemail

In the new reports view I'm wondering if the data shown for "missed" and "voicemail" represent all calls or only calls during the set business hours.

In other words, does it include voicemails and calls missed around the clock, beyond the time that our office (and phone lines) were open?

Brandon: it includes calls through out the day.  As Mike said, we're working on delivering additional details in the Reports related documentation.  We'll make those resources available soon.
