We recently got an account with RingCentral for our PT services in Maryland. We initially requested to have our comcast numbers to be ported out. Unfortunately, while waiting for the numbers, we were not scheduled for any training or even just an orientation. We were given the impression that the porting would still take time. Few days after, the office numbers stopped working. The owner who installed the app in his iphone, started receiving several calls so everyone literally panicked. We tried to call the costumer service but the reps we spoke with wasn't really helpful not until we got in touch with Richard Erric Dupaya. This guy is amazing! He was very flexible and he went an extra mile of configuring almost the entire phone system which should have been done by the on boarding team. I hope the managers would give time to evaluate this guy's performance. I don't understand why for several years of working with RC, he is still taking calls. He should be a TEAM LEADER or Manager already.
