Currently, whenever my Sales Center receives a simultaneous call, the Ring Central incoming call notification completely takes over everyone's computer. By this I mean if someone is typing an email, entering an order, etc, the Ring Central App will remove the cursor from whatever they are doing. Not being professional typers, they are often looking down at the keyboard while typing and will not notice that they are not typing anything at all. This is hurting efficiency and productivity. Other phone systems we have used in the past have used the Windows Notifications (bottom right pop ups) for incoming calls, and does not hijack the cursor. The other option would be to continue to have the current incoming call notification, but make sure it doesn't hijack everyone's cursor every time a call comes in.
