Ring Central looks good, but requires Chrome.  We're standardized on GMAIL and Firefox.  We need Ring Central for Google to support the Firefox browser.

As Kim stated, the RingCentral Chrome extension is designed to work specifically with Google features, ie. Gmail. Google Calendar, Google Hangouts etc. Think of this as a tool for businesses that are using the suite of Google apps, instead of the MS Office suite.  This document and video will explain more.  If you are looking for Firefox support you may want to submit a new feature request, and explain what sort of Firefox  functionality, features, integration your are wanting.
