RingCentral call log synced with Salesforce when using the phone app or the desktop app

3. I'm requesting a wider integration with Salesforce 
4. I would like to be able to automatically get calls logged in Salesforce when using the phone/desktop app. Some users are not using the computer to get calls so in order for them to log a call, they would have to flip the conversation to the RingCentral App within Salesforce. This makes the process not smooth nor efficient.

I have an inside scoop for you. We are working on a solution where you would not need to stay logged in to RingCentral App inside Salesforce. This new feature will allow you configure offline logging. I hope to share the ETA soon
