Hey guys quick question, my company uses RingCentral for our primary source for incoming faxes. I was wondering if there's a way to setup RingCentral to direct our incoming faxes to a network share folder.

Thanks in advance!

I don't see how you could do it in RingCentral since you can only forward to an email address. The only way I can think it could be to done is through a mail client like outlook. Not sure it you can do it with a rule or if you would need a 3rd party solution or a script.

I believe there is a premium method of saving faxes to Dropbox.  I used it for a while, but when it became an additional cost, it wasn't worth it since only about 1/2 of the faxes I get need to be saved.  I now view them and if needed, save them to my dropbox folder.

Check out RC Archiver and see if it'll work for you :)

^^this is doable.  Archive faxes to an SFTP server and allow access to the folder.  Or just Google drive or Dropbox if you don't want to setup an SFTP server.
