Detailed description of problem (Some users report the following error when attempting to join a RingCentral meeting:

"Leave meeting
The meeting has an unexpected error. Error code: 100060000")

Goal (Join meetings successfully)
Previous troubleshooting steps taken (Rebooted, reinstalled, launched as admin)
Software version (4.4.18643.0105)
If desk-phone related, have you rebooted phone? (NA)
Number of Users and/or Digital Lines affected (NA)

This error could be caused by several things. 

The most common cause is due to Windows UAC (requiring admin to install).

 

Other causes –

The target disk is full
An antivirus software like AVG that could have quarantined the files that were
downloaded by the Zoom installer

Solution:

  • Please check your disc space
    for sufficient space.

  • Please download the Zoom client installer manually and then install it.  https://zoom.us/download

  • If the problem persists, please get this installer.txt file located at
    c:/users/username/AppData/Roaming/Zoom. Then submit a ticket along with the
    installer.txt file."
