RingCentral Phone app for HP ProBook devices

Hi! It would be better if we can have the ability to install the RingCentral Phone app on HP ProBook devices. There are customers who uses this type of device, however, unable to use it for the RingCentral Phone app as it is not compatible yet. Thank you.

Hi Richard, 

Are your running an OS other than windows on the HP ProBook devices? You can also find a list of RingCentral Phone system requirements here.

Hello,

They are currently running Windows 10 1803. We have this issue across 7 HP ProBook 450 G5s.I have contacted technical support and they told me to post within this thread.

I am not sure why the app is not working for you. But, I am looking into this issue and reaching out to the RingCentral technical team.

In the mean time, would you be able to download and install the Glip App on the same HP ProBook to see if you run into the same issue? If so, can you provide a screenshot?

Are you able to open the RingCentral desktop app at all on your HP ProBook? What is it exactly, that is happening on your end when you try to open the application?
