Integrate: Support tickets communicated with Partner

This would be "opt-in" by the customer. 

As a RingCentral Partner it would be great to know when our customers reach out to RC Support directly. We repeatedly tell customers to let us know if they have any issues but often times they "don't want to bother us" and reach out to RC directly. 

Personally I think RingCentral's support does a great job ... but they also always have to start from scratch with each issue. We know the customer environments, the customer's personnel, etc. and can often resolve issues much faster. 

In general it would be very beneficial to know if customers are struggling with the RC system.
