I just found this feature by accident (searching for something different).
I think the Ringme feature is great!

Any experiences (good or bad) about it? how increase or facilitate the communication with your potential customers ?

I have been using this feature for several years now. It works great. I have it on our "Contact Us" page on the company website.

I don't know if it increases any contacts b ut it certainly facilitates it.

Thanks for sharing your experience Jan, what about the captcha or verification code to prevent spam calls, it is necessary? Because if we increase the number of steps... should be easy for the visitor just dialing in the "old way"...

I include the Captcha. It hasn't seemed to make a difference as far as I can tell.

Interesting is the fact for configuring the RingMe you need to be in "My Extension" side of the Portal, this shoul be an Admin option to configure several RingMe buttons...
If I make it under my extension... is that means that the calls will be related with my digital line ?

When I set mine up I logged in under the Super Admin extension (x101). My x101 extension associates with my multi-level IVR so the caller ends up with my main greeting and menu options. They can go anywhere within the system from there.
