Sandbox number not working

Hi,

My sandbox number does not work. If I call from a mobile phone, it says that the "number is temporarily unavailable".
When I call it from a landline (ringcentral) the call is completed, but the dial menu does not work and It ignores whatever I type.

I created another dev test account just to double check this and the new sandbox number works properly.

My application is ready and I just want to promote it to production, but I still need to make calls on this number to be able to complete all required graduation requirements. Additionally, the analytics takes too long to take effect after some action.

And the call is being placed to the exact same phone number, correct? If yes, then I would immediately create a Developer Support case to have this investigated further. You can do this by sending an email to devSupport@ringcentral.com and provide them with a link to this post, your Production/Sandbox Main Company Numbers, and step-by-step issue reproduction information (including the specific phone number in question).
