Separate ring tones for queue calls vs. calls to direct line

It would be helpful to be able to set up the physical desk phones with a separate ringtone for different incoming calls based on the call type:
  1. Incoming queue call
  2. Direct dial number/direct dial extension

The problem we are trying to solve: We have our system set up to ring through a series of different people to attempt to allow us to answer as many incoming calls as possible with a person. 
However what this ethos has lead to is when our people who are in line to answer the phone step away from their desk, other people have started 'helping' by answering that ringing phone and are picking up calls direct to that extension not picking up queued calls. 

If these different types of calls had different rings, it would be easier to identify the calls that should not be picked up by other people. 

It also allows additional call identification for people who do not  use the soft phone/computer application.
