- Configure the softphone as an admin before pushing to the users
- Our company uses a software that uses the F keys. The softphone also uses F keys to make calls. This can be turned off in the software but if there was a way to turn this off before we pushed it out, this would prevent having to touch every users machine to turn them off on by one.
- Remote administration, helping the helpdesk not have to go to every user in the company to make the switch. Saving our techs time for other tasks
- Include any related case number if applicable
