Status Edit on Mobile App not avialable

We need to be able to Edit the status on the mobile App. You can find a Edit icon on desktop application but not on the mobile.

This will allow us to set a message as "Working on Queue" or "Not working on Queue" or set any other message to be seen by all.

11-13-2017 USA-based account 2287 Users 3800 DID lines 28 sites - in the Android Mobile App 

  • Click on your Avatar icon (or silouette of a head if you have not uploaded one)
  • Select Accept Queue Calls  toggle ON or OFF
  • Set status  Available,  Busy or  DND
  • Click DONE

A toggle switch is not Editable. We NEED to be able to edit the status. Available and Busy does not tell anyone anything. Apparently this is available on IOS. Why is it not available on Android???

Hi Teresa,

As much as we try to make the mobile app the same between iOS and Android, small things like this are not the same due to programming with the different Operating Systems. For instance, iOS has CallKit, but Android does not because it is an iOS specific feature that Apple offers. I'll bring this up to our Product Team so that they are aware.
