SUGGESTION: Deleted Voice Mail access from within admin account

It would be convenient if could listen to "deleted" queue call voicemails without having to log out of admin account and then back in to a specific queue - over and over for each queue. ADDITIONALLY, a great feature as an admin would be to have a master password to each extension to be able to pick up voice mails there when an employee is out sick or other such circumstances.
Detail Use: Designated users access the voice mails of a particular queue every morning and delete them after they are handled. I have noticed from my logs that many of these VMs are not being answered. I need to check the deleted voice mail to see if there is a specific circumstance that would not require a call back. I need to do this for every queue and to log out and then in to each queue every day is a considerable time waster, hence my request.
