the contacts need to be shared between multiple desktop apps as well as mobile app. This is really important as it wold provide all users with a centralized place for all contacts.

Hi Paul, could you provide more details? Are you wanting a global contacts list that everyone can have access to? Are you wanting the desktop/mobile app to sync to your outlook contacts, google contacts, etc.? You weren't quite clear.

1) Type of account: Office Standard 100 - 999 lines

2) Brief Description of the Issue: Customer would like contacts on any mobile app logged in as the same extension, to show the same contacts, no matter which mobile phone/app it was added on.

3) Detailed description of the Request: Customer would have 2 different mobile phones which have the app installed, logged in as the same extension. Both of them would show the exact same contact list, no matter which mobile phone was used to add the contact

4) Benefit of feature: Ease of use.

5) Number of Users/ Devices: 96 lines / 100 users
I have the same request.  Glip does not sync contacts and nor does the mobile app.  Our contact database changes everyda. having a way to live sync to the desktop or mobile app is very critical for operations.

Any update from RingCentral on this?  Contacts from mobile app need to sync with RingCentral/Glip desktop App.  Also, in the RingCentral/glip app for desktop app we need to be able to add/edit a contact so it's not just their phone number that displays. Very annoying but simple fix, however knowing all past requests to RingCentral this will go nowhere.
