I cannot transfer calls from my android rc app. I have followed the instructions referring to dialing ## then extension and the call goes no where. This method worked before, but since the app update I have not been able to transfer calls. Any suggestions?

Hi J.D., are you using Android 4.4? There were some bugs in our app with 4.4 - we pushed out an update the other day that should address them. Go to the Play Store and make sure you've got the latest version of the RC app installed.

If that's not the problem, are you using RingOut to make calls from the app? The hotkeys (like ## to put a call on hold) will only work on VoIP calls. Be sure your calls are taking place over VoIP, then try again. Let me know what you find.

We have a couple of people in our office who are on Android 4.3, RC version 3.8.18. I do not see a way to deactivate RingOut Mode in the app settings. Is it possible?

Hi Brett. If you make a call from the app and you don't have VoIP enabled, RingOut is how the call will go through. If you don't want to use cell minutes, VoIP is the way to go.
