This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Create tasks from Notes, Links, Files, Events in a Glip Team Room

  1. Account type  U.S
  2. Internal/External Customer Service
  3. When sending a message to another user, if message contains a URL, the ability to move it to a task is not possible.
  4. We often send messages that contain URLs. If they go unanswered, we move it to a task (when it is a task of course) so it does not get overlooked.
  5. This would streamline our workflow

YES!  We have this problem too.  When our emails are saved they contain URLs that are in our email signature and without removing all of the signature in an email we can't make it a task.  In fact, even if we remove the URLs...any attachment that is on an email will also cause you not to be able to create a task from it. Frustrating.

Thanks for the feedback, Paul. I've forwarded this to our Glip team for their review :)
