User Extension: Option to remove ringing for second call if already engaged in a call

We at Browning Reagle Insurance Agency would like to have a feature wherein we have an option to have the user extension remove the ringing for the second incoming call if they are currently engaged in a call. It's a bit disruptive and annoying that if a certain user extension is engaged in a call, they will still hear a ringing on the handset they are using.

Just to clarify, we'd like this feature as well.  We just want to ensure the pop-up window still appears to indicate a second incoming call.  Just a feature to stop the ringing from happening is necessary.  Thanks!

So I will force our CEO to look for an other phonesystem...
