On Polycom VVX-500, when you push a presence button the caller ID displays a weird bls:############# number. Why doesn't it just display the caller ID?

Sorry for the late reply.

That is strange. Is it still happening? Also, does thisĀ only happen when presence is selected?

Yes it's still happening. If you want to use the presence button as a shortcut, it displays a weird number instead of the persons name or extension number.
