When a call is parked there is not an alert when the customer is on hold after a minute

Correct.  I think it will recall after 5 minutes.

You could open a case with support and ask them to change it.  I am pretty sure this can be done by special request.

i have called customer service and they said there is no solution?

You could try again.  I had it changed for a customer ~18 months ago.  It may take some escalation or involvement from your account manager.
